Q What is I Trust Sport?

A I Trust Sport is sport governance consultancy established in London in 2013 which is dedicated to improving the governance of international sport through collaboration. It is a private company limited by shares.

Q Why was I Trust Sport founded?

A Rowland Jack is a passionate sports fan and participant who believes that sport has great potential for good in the world. After a number of years working in the international sports industry he became increasingly concerned at the poor standard of governance in sport which is damaging its reputation and resulting in scarce resources being wasted or misused. He decided to set up a company with the aim of improving sports governance by collaborating with different organisations and individuals.

Q What activity is I Trust Sport involved in?

A I Trust Sport works with individuals, sports organisations, sponsors of sport and other organisations on different projects, each focused on improving the governance of sport. More details will be released in due course.

Q What aspects of sports governance is I Trust Sport involved in?

A The initial focus for I Trust Sport is on financial governance and management. I Trust Sport may have a view on other important issues facing sport such as doping and match-fixing but they are not the main area of work.
